Google Web Stories Traffic Dip: Check This One Thing
Recently we’ve noticed that Google is not indexing web stories as quickly as they once were. This has been an ongoing error since October of 2021. We’ve been told that they are working on it, but it still seems that indexing can be delayed for some stories. So what we recommend to ensure that your stories are picked up as quickly as possible is for each story to inspect the URL in Search Console.
This can also massively help your traffic ….if you are seeing a dip in stories- I highly suggest checking indexing!
