New on Pinterest: Connect your Amazon account
Pinterest just rolled out a feature that could be a big time saver for creators and small business owners who use Amazon links on Pinterest.
You can now connect your Amazon account (or Amazon Storefront) directly to Pinterest. Here’s what that means:
Option 1: Link your personal Amazon account
You’ll have access to real-time pricing, shipping estimates, and product details right on Pinterest. You can also check out with Amazon without even leaving Pinterest. This is great if you’re recommending Amazon products in your content.
Option 2: Link your Amazon Storefront
If you have an Amazon Storefront and you’re part of the Amazon Influencer Program, you can link it to Pinterest. People can discover products directly from your pins, and affiliate links are applied automatically. You may also be eligible to receive credit for purchases through the Amazon Influencer Program.
To get started:
You need a Pinterest business account and an Amazon account. If you’re linking your Storefront, you also need to be a participant in the Amazon Influencer Program.
Go to your Pinterest settings, click the settings gear, and look for the “Link to Pinterest” area. You’ll see the Amazon option there. Here’s the direct link: https://www.pinterest.com/

This could be a time saver if you’re already recommending Amazon products or selling through an Amazon Storefront. Worth setting up if it applies to your business.
